Angelica is scheduled for a treadmill stress test. The doctor wires her up and the test is underway. As time goes on the EKG beeps faster and faster resulting in an unknown cause of chest pain and shortness of breath. Angelica falls into the doctors arms and is put on oxygen but the stress is too much for her heart and she go into cardiac arrest.
