911Bio-Med welcomes back one of its original directors in the explosive film “Dry Drowning.” 19 year old liela Simons was diagnosed with pneumonia about a week ago. She went back into the hospital and collapsed and is now being rushed into the ER. The staff rushes to get oxygen into her but her pulse ox will not increase causing a full arrest. The doctors start heavy chest compressions and force oxygen. The heart paddles shock her chest trying to restart the young girls heart.
