Sandy is decorating the tree for the holidays. She plugs in the long string of lights and of course a bulb is out. She tries to get a new bulb into place when all of a sudden the lights short and electrocute her. EMTs arrive and begin CPR. Sandys heart begins to beat after defibrillation. Oxygen is administered and her vitals are checked. Sandy’s blood pressure drops quickly and the resuscitation starts again. Her body jolts back to life with a shock and the ET tube is placed. She stabilizes and is ready for transport.
