The gas is on and the mask is placed over Simones face. As she breaths deep the nurse instructs her to relax. Simone begins to fight the mask but she then relaxes as the gas takes effect. Her speech becomes very slurred as she tries to talk through the mask. The nurse then gives her oxygen before turning up the sedation more and putting simone under.
