Annie is having chest pains right after losing her first patient. Lisa and April rush to her side and get her to the ER. The crash cart is wheeled in and the paddles are placed on her chest. Her heart is defibrillated with no response. Drugs are pushed and CPR is in progress. Annies heart begins to beat again and she is closely monitored while breathing through the ventilator mask. Lisa checks her vitals as an alarm sounds. Annie has had a massive heart attack and resuscitation once again must be performed on her by her exceptionally frightened coworkers.
