Madeline is in the OR for surgery and is being prepped. The doctors get her hooked up to the equipment and in an instant her heart rate plummets. They inject her with drugs to help bring the rate up but in turn cause a full arrest. Her chest is pumped on hard tiring to regain a rhythm and her body jolts high into the air with every shock. The monitors read flat but they do not give up their efforts on her.
